There is no official statement about Toji’s height, but it would be around 188 cm.
188 cm is so tall that he can use many kinds of cursed tools.
About his age, an adult Toji around 20 years old went to see a child Gojo around 6 years old, which suggests the age difference between Toji and Gojo would be around 15 years old.
Therefore, Toji who fought high school student Gojo (16 years old) would be about 30 years old.

The revival of Toji is due to Granny Ogami’s Séance Technique.
