Ability
Yuta Okkotsu is a sophomore at Jujutsu High, and is one of the special-grade Jujutsu sorcerers along with Tsukumo, Gojo, and Geto.
Regarding the abilities of Okkotsu, the following five have been revealed so far.

・Full manifestation of Rika for 5 minutes + supply of cursed energy

・Domain Expansion
Okkotsu has more cursed energy than Gojo.
In addition to this amount of cursed energy, Okkotsu can recover damages with reverse cursed technique as long as the cursed energy does not run out.
Moreover, Okkotsu can regain cursed energy from Rika when the cursed energy is about to run out.
By the way, Rika is said to be an external cursed technique.

Gautama Buddha refers to dākas and ḍākinīs – described as “terrible eaters of human flesh” – as the offspring of the carnivorous King Kalmaśapada (“Spotted Feet”), who was born after a human king had mated with a lioness. In East Asian Buddhism, the ḍākinīs are mainly known via the story of their subjugation by the wrathful deity Mahākāla found in a commentary on the Mahāvairocana Tantra (also known as the Vairocanābhisaṃbodhi Sūtra) by the Tang dynasty monk Yi Xing. According to the story, the buddha Vairocana, wishing to stop the ḍākinīs from preying on humans, took the form of Mahākāla, summoned the ḍākinīs before him, and then swallowed them all, declaring that he would release them on the condition that they cease devouring human flesh.
And when Ishigori was thinking about the activation condition of the Okkotsu’s cursed technique, he remembered the scene where Rika ate the Uro’s arm.
Therefore, the activation condition of the Okkotsu’s cursed technique must be to take in the flesh or blood of the copy target.
In fact, Okkotsu can use the Dhruv’s cursed technique to make the trajectory of shikigami own domain, maybe because Okkotsu received Dhruv’s blood when he killed Dhruv.
